Payment methods

We offer one payment method: payment in advance by bank transfer.

This is a deliberate choice. We deal predominantly in used storage equipment, and every system is a one-off. Before we accept an order, we therefore check personally whether the goods are actually available, whether quantities and dimensions suit your project and how the delivery can sensibly be organised. An immediate online payment would skip this step – and, in case of doubt, trigger a payment before it is clear whether we can deliver.

How an order proceeds

  1. You place your order. You select the goods you want, enter your details and submit the order. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.
  2. We check and approve. We verify availability, condition and delivery options. If necessary, we will call you to clarify details.
  3. You receive our order confirmation. Only with this is the contract concluded. The order confirmation contains our bank details and your order number.
  4. You transfer the payment. Please state your order number as the payment reference so that we can allocate the payment.
  5. We deliver. Once payment has been received, we will arrange the delivery date with you.

Prices and VAT

All prices in the shop are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added; how they are calculated is set out on the Shipping costs page.

Are you a business customer? Then please enter your company name during the ordering process – it will then appear on the invoice. Customers from other EU countries can additionally state their VAT identification number.

Other payment options

We do not currently offer purchase on account, direct debit, credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. If a different payment option is required for your project – for example for a larger project or as a public sector contracting authority – please contact us before you place your order. As a rule, we find a solution.
