Shipping costs
We ship storage equipment by freight forwarder. Racking, shelving systems and pallet racking are bulky and heavy – parcel delivery is not an option for them. Shipping costs are therefore based on the value of the goods in your order and not on the number of items or the weight. Alternatively, you can collect your goods from us in Kaarst free of charge.
How shipping costs are calculated
During the ordering process you can choose between two options:

All the amounts stated include statutory VAT. The minimum amount applies whenever the percentage share falls below it.

Our warehouse is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:30 and from 13:15 to 16:30. Even so, please arrange the collection date with us in advance: used racking systems are bulky and heavy, and we will gladly tell you beforehand which vehicle you need and how much time you should allow. Please bring sufficient load securing equipment with you. You can pay in cash on site when collecting.
Kerbside delivery
Deliveries by freight forwarder are made kerbside – unless otherwise agreed. This means that the goods are brought to the public kerbside nearest to your delivery address. The freight forwarder unloads the goods from the vehicle, but does not transport them onward onto the property or into the building.
Please make sure that the delivery address can be reached by lorry and that someone is on site at the agreed time to take receipt of the goods. If you need assistance with unloading or the goods are to be transported further, please contact us in advance.
Delivery area
We deliver within Germany only. We do not offer deliveries abroad.
Delivery time
For collection from our warehouse, we usually have your goods ready within 3 to 5 working days. Freight forwarding within Germany takes 1 to 14 working days, depending on the system and the dismantling work involved.
There is a reason for that range: we deal predominantly in used storage equipment, and availability, dismantling and transport differ from system to system. We will give you the binding date at the latest with our order confirmation. If it is urgent, please call us before you place your order – our sales team will tell you what is actually feasible.

You will see the exact amount for your order in the basket and again at the checkout – in every case before you submit your order as binding.
